• What is the best way to contact you?

  Email is the best method to contact us at PoshShowers.com. Please email us at CustomerService@PoshShowers.com. You may also call us at (408) 425-7962. However, you will most likely need to leave us a message. We do our best to return emails and phone calls within 24 hours.

• I have no idea how to word my invitation. What should I do?

  A great resource for invitation wording ideas is http://www.verseit.com. Verseit.com also provides helpful advice on invitation and thank you card etiquette.

• I have a baby shower/bridal shower question that is not addressed in the shower guide. Can you answer it for me?

  Most definitely! Please email your question(s) to CustomerService@PoshShowers.com. We will email you a response and we may even post the answer on our web site.

• I need to have my order as soon as possible. Can I have the order rushed to me?

  Rush orders may be an option for some items for an additional fee of $20.00. For more details, please email us at CustomerService@PoshShowers.com or call us at (408) 425-7962. You can also read more on our shipping and processing policies.

• Why are invitation orders shipped separately and different shipping rules applied?

  Our invitations are printed offsite by professional printers and the invitation orders are shipped directly from there.

• Can I have multiple fonts on an invitation?

  For invitations shipped from Indiana (noted on individual product page), you may select multiple fonts for one invitation. When placing your order, please select the main font to be used from the dropdown menu, and then note in the Special Instructions line the other font(s) to be used and for which text lines this font should apply. Invitations shipped from Wisconsin (noted on individual product page) come with the font shown in the picture.

• Can the layout for my invitation look just like the product picture?

  Yes! For invitations shipped from Indiana (noted on individual product page), note this request in the Special Instructions line and we will do our best to make the layout the same. Invitations shipped from Wisconsin (noted on individual product page) come with a standard layout.
