Processing and Delivery Time

Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days from when the order is placed (except invitation orders - see below). Orders that require personalization may take just a little longer but we aim to ship personalized items just as quickly as our other fantastic products. As always, we do our best to ship orders as soon as possible. If for any reason the item is out of stock and we will need additional time to fulfill your order, a notification will be sent to you.

Shipping and Fulfillment (excluding Invitation Orders)
PoshShowers.com ships via UPS Ground, Second Day, 3-Day Select and Next Day Air. Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.
A good estimate of the time it will take for you to receive your order is to add 5 business days to whichever Shipping Method (UPS Ground, 3-Day, 2nd Day, Next Day) you choose when placing your order. For example, if you placed an order for UPS 3 Day Select delivery, your order would arrive in approximately 8 business days. Although where you live and where the items are shipped from factor in the arrival time estimation, UPS Ground packages usually arrive 3 to 6 days after being shipped.
Although typically we send out orders earlier than this, it is a good, very conservative estimate to assume that your products will arrive in this timeframe. All of our products are made with the utmost quality and care, and we greatly appreciate your patience and your patronage.
Shipping and Fulfillment (Invitation Orders only)
Shipping fees will be charged during checkout. Invitations shipped from Indiana (noted on the individual product page) go through a specific process. Because PoshShowers.com wants to ensure the quality of these invitations, proof approval by the customer is required for these invitations. A proof is emailed to the customer within 48 to 72 hours (2 to 3 business days). Any changes made by the customer after receiving the initial proof will require an additional proof, which requires additional processing time. Since the process varies depending on the number of proofs and the time it takes to receive customer approval per proof, invitations can be shipped as quickly as 5 days after an order is placed. However, if numerous proofs are requested or if the customer approval process is delayed, the invitations can take considerably longer.
Invitations shipped from Wisconsin (noted on the individual product page) are usually shipped within to 2 to 3 business days. These invitations do not come with a proof which allows the processing to be expedited. Proofs can be requested for these invitations by noting this request in the Special Instructions box on the product page while placing the order, however this will delay the shipment a few extra days.
Minimum Order Requirement
In order to fulfill our customers' requests, we require minimum ordering quantities for some items. Minimum ordering quantities are listed on each individual product page. If you are interested in purchasing a sample of a product prior to committing to a large quantity, please email CustomerService@PoshShowers.com (include your name, address, telephone number, and the favor(s) you wish to sample) and we will let you know the availability and the price of sample(s). We are unable to provide samples on invitations and game kits.
Return/Exchange Policy
At PoshShowers.com, we stand by the quality of our products. Customized or personalized products offered by PoshShowers.com cannot be returned for a refund. Please be advised that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Corrections should be made within 24 hours after the order is received by PoshShowers.com. Many times we begin processing orders so quickly that it is not possible to make changes to your order once placed. Please email CustomerService@PoshShowers.com regarding corrections and we will do our best to make the requested corrections as long as the order has not yet been processed.
All claims for shortages must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Requests for exchanges must be reported within 7 days after delivery. Exchanges must be authorized by PoshShowers.com and will only be granted if an error was made on the company's part. Email CustomerService@PoshShowers.com for questions regarding exchanges. No unauthorized exchanges will be accepted.
